What happens after day seven?
You choose your plan and how to pay, and your account carries on with its data as it is. If you don't choose, the account turns view-only with nothing charged: you can still view, print and export your data, but cannot add new records until you subscribe.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You sign up with your company's name and your e-mail only, and we ask for no payment details before you choose your plan.
What is the difference between paying monthly and yearly?
Monthly is paid through PayPal only and renews itself every month until you cancel. Yearly is paid once, through PayPal, a Visa / Mastercard card or a bank transfer — and from Jordan through CliQ as well.
What is CliQ and how do I transfer?
CliQ is the instant transfer service between banks in Jordan. When you choose to pay yearly we show you our account's alias and the amount; you transfer from your bank's app, and your subscription is activated once the transfer is confirmed.
How is an invoice sent to JoFotara, and what if it is rejected?
You issue the invoice, then send it with the «Send to JoFotara» button. Every attempt is logged with the department's reply, and if the connection drops the system retries automatically. Corrections are made with a credit note tied to the original invoice, because the department does not accept cancellations.

Where is my data kept, and can I take it if I leave?
Each company has its own database, backed up every night and kept for 14 days. You can download your data yourself at any time: every table as CSV, or a full copy of your database.
Can I subscribe online to the full system?
Online subscription is for ESAS Invoicing only. Full ESAS, or adding stock, point of sale and payroll, is arranged with our team so we set it up around the way you work.
